Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 50 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized or customized items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return label if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and select a replacement product. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a return or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
